It’s Clean-Crafted Wine!

If I have said it once, I’ve said it a hundred times. I cannot believe I am in direct sales.

But here I am, and I have found a true passion in our company, our wine and what we are doing for the 88B wine industry, not to mention the better-for-you industry.

What does Clean-Crafted™ mean?

Scout & Cellar wines have no added sugar or sweeteners. Any sweetness you taste is from the grapes themselves. Most of our wines have fewer than 2 grams of residual sugar per liter. According to Wine Folly, mass-produced wine can contain up to 220 grams of residual sugar per liter. By comparison, a Krispy Kreme glazed donut has 10 grams of sugar!

There are no labeling laws. Traditional mass-produced wines can include very unnatural products, such as chemicals and toxins the FDA ALLOWS! This includes dyes, such as mega purple, which is what turns your teeth purple and toxins that I cannot even pronounce! They are used to adjust color, thickness, acidity and even taste. They hide flaws like a sour taste that may have been caused by a bacteria.

We just do not have that luxury, nor do we want it. Scout & Cellar wines have no added processing aids of any kind! We focus on the blending the juice so that we have the most perfect product when it heads into fermentation.

Our Clean-Crafted™ wines contain only grapes and up to six other ingredients and our wines have less than 100 ppm of sulfites. Check out our Soil to Sip Reports. Our level of transparency is the highest in the industry when you pair our reports with our ingredient labels.

We go beyond organic and biodynamic, which means there are no chemicals in the vineyard or cellar and, with an eye to the environment, they are aimed at creating healthy ecosystems and leaving the soil better than when we started.

Every wine is independently lab tested TWICE in order to be certified Clean-Crafted™ . This is unheard of in our industry, in most industries, in fact.
