We are WORTH & GRAY, an idea-driven merchandise company founded by Shawna Duckworth. In 2016, Shawna started VOLARE a promotional branding company. While the name VOLARE was near and dear to Shawna, she decided in 2022 it was time to LEVEL UP!

 

The name WORTH & GRAY is extremely personal it speaks to all aspects of Shawna, including her first love, her daughter. She wanted her daughter to feel a part of the legacy that she is building for her and show her that empowering fellow women is vital to our world. She gave the the company name a part of her and a part of her daughter. The name is also a tribute to her nephew, Grayson, our little heart warrior and HG's namesake.
